In a surprise verdict, a court in the Netherlands has ruled that the Dutch state was responsible for the deaths of three Bosnian Muslims during the 1995 Srebenica massacre in Bosnia. Troops should not have let the men leave the UN 'safe area' or fall into the hands of Bosnian Serbs, the court ruled.
